What a week

This week has been interesting. I have been miserably sick. It started on Sunday with a run of the mill sore throat and by Monday morning I could hardly talk. Then every day it got worse and worse. You would think a normal person would take a day off to recuperate and get better, but that would mean I have a normal job. I however don't have a normal job I work at a school that doesn't give thier teachers any sick days or personal days. If I was to take off a day I would have to pay a substitute out of my own pocket, which doesn't sound great by any means. So bascially I've been miserable all week.
Tomorrow I have to take the youth group to Sterling for church and bowling. Hopefully everyone shows up. This always a huge concern for me. All I can do is hope people show up. Oh well. Hopefully I will be well enough to take care of everything.
Good news- I mailed off my papers to the district. So getting a call for next year is in the plans. I'm very excited about it. No more worries about getting it done. It's out of my hands now.
